Here are the details before you choose a gift.

Can I check the spelling?

Yes. Review every field on the product page and in your bag before you pay. A name or initials are printed exactly as you enter them.

How long does it take?

Gifts are made to order and usually ship in 2–6 business days. Standard delivery then usually takes 3–4 business days. Orders may arrive in separate packages.

Can I return a personalized gift?

Personalized gifts are made for your order, so change-of-mind returns are not accepted. If something arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, write within 30 days for a replacement or refund.

Do you ship free?

Yes. Standard shipping to US addresses is included in the price. We do not offer express shipping at launch.
