Shipping policy

Every gift is made to order and shipped by standard service.

Effective date: October 16, 2026.

Where we ship

We ship to street addresses in the 50 states and Washington, DC. We do not offer international, territory, military-address, PO box or express shipping at launch.

What it costs

Standard shipping is free and included in the price.

How long it takes

• Making your gift: 2–6 business days after payment.
• Delivery: usually 3–4 business days after it ships.
• Orders with more than one item may arrive in separate packages.

We email tracking details when your gift ships.

Holiday order dates

For Christmas delivery in the lower 48 states and DC, order by Wednesday, December 9, 2026 with standard shipping. Alaska and Hawaii take longer, so we cannot promise Christmas delivery there.

If an order is running late

If we learn that your order may not ship by the date promised, we will email you before that date. We will give you a definite revised ship date, or say that we cannot give one yet. You can reply to wait or cancel. If you cancel, we will send a full refund to your original payment method within 7 working days; we never substitute store credit.

For a first delay, if the new date is no more than 30 days after the original promise, no reply means you agree to wait. For a later delay, your silence is not consent: reply with your written yes to the new date, or we will cancel and refund the order by the new date.
