We collect only what we need to make, ship and support your order.

Teton Commerce LLC, doing business as Flagwood Golf, runs this store. Last updated: October 15, 2026. This version takes effect on that date.

What we collect

When you order, we collect your name, email, shipping address, order details and the typed personalization you submit. Stripe handles payment; we do not store your full card number.

How we use it

We use these details to make and ship your order, send service emails, answer questions, prevent fraud and keep required business records.

Who helps us

Cloudflare hosts the site and order records. Stripe processes payment. Printful makes and ships products after we confirm the order. Our email provider delivers messages. Your emails and our order records also go to the AI services that help run our customer care, OpenAI and Anthropic, which handle them under their own terms (see Support-mail AI). Each receives only what it needs for that job.

Support-mail AI

An AI assistant on OpenAI's and Anthropic's AI models, used through the support route we use, helps run our customer care: it writes replies to your emails and checks every day that orders ship on time. It reads your emails (never anything you attach) and our records of your order (SF02 does not accept customer photos or file uploads). OpenAI and Anthropic handle them under their own terms and privacy policies for individual users, not under a data-processing agreement with our store. We keep model training turned off on those plans, though Anthropic may still use messages its safety systems flag to train its safety systems and for safety research. OpenAI keeps information for as long as it needs to provide its services, or for reasons such as safety, security and its legal obligations; Anthropic keeps it for 30 days, or up to 2 years if its safety systems flag it, and longer when the law, a dispute or enforcing its usage policy requires.

Typed personalization

We do not accept customer photos at launch. Typed text is used for your order and kept with the order record. Print files are kept for 150 days after delivery, then deleted unless a longer period is needed for a dispute or legal record.

How long we keep information

• Customer emails we receive: kept for 120 days after receipt, then deleted within 7 days, unless an order or question, payment dispute, claim, deletion request or legal hold remains open; we delete them after it is settled.
• Our copies of the emails we send you, including confirmations and replies: kept for 120 days after sending, then deleted within 7 days, unless a payment dispute, claim, deletion request or legal hold remains open; we delete them after it is settled.
• Our AI assistant's records: records of its work on our own computers, which can include your emails and order details, are kept for 120 days after they are made, then deleted within 7 days, unless an order, dispute, claim, deletion request or legal hold remains open; we delete them after it is settled.
• Backups: kept until newer backups replace them, except that a backup may remain while an order, dispute, claim, deletion request or legal hold is open.

Your choices

Email support@flagwoodgolf.com to ask for access, correction or deletion. We answer within 45 days and may ask for details to confirm your request.
