Your personalized gift is made for your order. Here is what happens if something goes wrong.

Damaged, misprinted or wrong

Email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the problem. We will replace the item or refund the original payment, your choice. You do not need to send it back.

Change of mind

Because personalized gifts are made to order, we do not accept change-of-mind returns.

Spelling changes

Email within 3 hours of ordering if you need to correct a spelling. After an item goes to print, we can make one corrected remake of the same text per order when requested within 30 days of delivery.

Canceling

Email within 3 hours of ordering for a full refund. After that, production may have started.
